Ryan is a well-rounded business professional with experience across industries, including consumer goods, retail, technology, and building materials, with a focus on navigating the full growth cycle of businesses. He has led buyside and sellside commercial and financial diligences for companies ranging from $10M revenue to $10B+ revenues and implemented and enabled growth strategy plans for regional PortCos and national corporations. Over his career, Ryan has been involved in nearly 50 diligences, including leading the diligence of a ~$1B pet food company, and driven negotiations on over $500M in costs. He began his career in audit at KPMG, honed his expertise in financial diligence at EY Parthenon, and later expanded his focus to commercial diligence and vendor negotiations during his time at Boston Consulting Group (BCG).

A graduate of Loyola Maryland with an accounting degree, Ryan held a CPA in New York from 2019 to 2021. He is motivated by driving meaningful change within organizations and working alongside colleagues he admires and respects. Now, he is excited to take his decade of consulting experience into the next chapter of his career, building and growing businesses in the Greater Boston Community.

Ryan grew up in Hanover, MA, on the south shore of Massachusetts, where he developed a love for endurance sports. He has completed multiple marathons, Ironman events, and embarked upon a cross-country bike ride in the Fall of 2024, where Logan stood cheering on Day 1. Running and biking continue to be passions that fuel his sense of adventure.
